Poster Presentations

The Poster Sessions will be located in the Estrade and Arcade rooms. They will take place on Monday afternoon (26 May) and both Tuesday morning and afternoon (27 May).

The poster must not exceed an ISO paper size of A0 Portrait in order to fit onto the poster board.
ISO A0 dimensions are 841 mm x 1189 mm or 33.1 in x 46.8 in.

The poster should not therefore be greater than 841 mm (33.1 in) in width and 1189 mm (46.8 in) in height.
Please note, A0 Landscape is too large for the poster boards!

All contributions to the programme will have a programme code whereby the first two letters correspond to the day of presentation, Monday, Tuesday (i.e. MO, TU). The third will give the type of representation, with P indicating a poster presentation. The fourth letter identifies the scientific session of the day (B or D for posters). The programme code for posters will then end with two digits, corresponding to the poster board number.

Posters for Monday (Session D, 16:30-18:15) should be mounted during the first part of the morning, so they can be visited throughout the day. Posters for Tuesday morning (Session B, 11:15-13:00) should be mounted first thing on Tuesday morning, while posters for Tuesday afternoon (Session D, 16:30-18:15) should be mounted at the start of the lunch interval. Posters must be manned throughout the entire session and removed immediately after the end of the session.

Authors are reminded that no contributions are accepted for publication only. Any paper accepted for presentation, which is not presented at the conference, will be excluded from the Proceedings. Furthermore, the Programme Committee reserves the right to refuse for publication work not properly presented in the poster sessions.
